Travel & Expenses Support with French- - - - - - - - - - - -The Travel & Expenses Support will:Help in using the SAP Concur tool for booking or expense reports:help with creating an expense reporthelp with bookingassistance in creating a Hertz Gold accountDelegationAccount reactivation (employee) / Profile update Michelin and external account reactivationMiscellaneous questions on travel policyResearch and explanation of expensesSearch for information on certain files for pro expensesVarious questions about the toolSearch for CWT filesInvoice research, claims management, problem-solving in the tool or with service providers (Hertz, CWT...).Work with level 2 support, for technical problems; work with Travel Manager for intranet update or chatbot update.Help and research following mail sent by control team.
