Together, we shape .The OpportunityYou will be responsible to ensure timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting. You will improve the design and ongoing management of robust financial analysis, reporting and governance processes in the treasury area.The position will be driving financial disciplines across daily and monthly reporting, forecasting and will act as a business partner in a matrix modeDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesYou monitor and report daily cash and daily FX.You prepare and report the cash debt position and cash movements following the company calendar and guidelines.You support all Cash Flow planning activities (Monthly cash forecast; Cash bridge; bi-yearly bottom-up Cash Landing).You will support with bank accounts and signatories management (change of signatories, opening/closing bank accounts etc.)You will ensure that authorized bank signers and payment approvers are up to date.You will ensure compliance with all group policies.You will support on documenting and updating procedures related to treasury activities.You will liaise across Finance, when necessary and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.You act as a team player.You will ensure that errors are minimized through a methodical and meticulous approach.You will drive process improvements for daily operational activities and look for automation opportunities for the activities in Treasury Controlling team.You might be involved in ad-hoc activities, as decided by the Corporate Treasury team.You play an active role in various Finance Transformation Projects.Skills we’d like:You have a master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.You have relevant experience in a Treasury, Audit positions or Controlling (5 years).You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the and ability to make conclusive summaryGood time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlinesYou are dynamic, agile, and positive, with a proactive mind and a Can-Do attitudeYou are result oriented and focus on quality of delivery.Ability to communicate and interact in matrix / multi country environmentGood knowledge of SAP and BI tool, strong competency in ExcelYour English is at very good level, French language is an advantageAnd you have solid corporate experience in purchasing (minimum 2 years).Perks & BenefitsAt Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
