Turkish Speaking Customer Service Agent - Relocation to Malta in Bucuresti

We deliver a high quality service, working closely with businesses and candidates alike, acting as a real "HR Business Partner", offering HR Advisory and matching the "right" candidate with the "right" job.  You must have the right to legally reside and work in Malta without the need for a permit (EU/EEA/CH citizens) Our client is a well established company offering services to the iGaming (Online Gambling) industry which is looking for Turkish-speaking candidates who are in possession of EU citizenship to join their Customer Service team. You'd join a family-like team operating in an informal atmosphere, where teamwork and collaboration are a fundamental part of the way in which they operate. You'd handle customers via online chats and emails and sometimes over the phone. Responsibilities: Customer support via email, online chat and telephone. Monitoring online forums, publishing relevant information, and engaging with customers. Proactive customer engagement with aim to retain and reactivate customers. Ensure customer queries are handled in a timely and correct manner. Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members. Assist in the creation, testing and activation of various CRM promotional programs. Requirements: You must have the right to legally reside and work in Malta without the need for a permit (EU/EEA/CH citizens) Native Turkish speaker or equivalent Good Level of English (B1 or similar level) Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. The ability to multitask and work under pressure. Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule. Salary: 27,5K gross/year + a fantastic monthly bonus (you can make another 300/400 EUR extra per month!)
