The UX Designer will be working in a wider tech team and be the sole UX Designer in the company which will allow them to make an impact.Essential experience of the UX Designer: At least 3 years as a UX Designer, designing app and web-based user experiences.Experience impacting the product design to be focussed on UX.Have an evidence-based approach with quantitative and qualitative data.Experience producing Interactive prototypes and wireframes.Excellent communicator, forward thinker, and continuous improver. Responsibilities of the UX Designer: Convert business requirements, technical requirements and user needs into engaging design. Form awareness of the importance of UX during the technical product design.Influence the technical product to increase user-centred thinking during the designing process.Stay current with trends in UX and design.Form documentation to communicate ideas such as diagrams, visual designs, prototypes, and wireframes.Provide advice on usability to product engineers.
