English (advanced) UX (advanced) UI (advanced) Welcome to Global People Services (GPS) You’ll be part of the Global People Services Maturation and PMO team where you, together with your colleagues, will form the frontrunner of agile and design transformations within our organisation. We support 8,500 employees and 1,000 people leaders. In the team, we focus on knowledge sharing and maturing the organisation in line with best design practices and agile principles. You’ll be based in Warsaw, with your team collectively distributed across three continents. You’ll play an important role in: conducting business development for People and Development (P&D) processescollaborating with our P&D organisation’s business and development areas to envision, design, and build new digital experiencesacting as the ‘voice’ of the user within the project teams or the agile development, ensuring that appropriate research and design support business solutionsplanning, conducting, and leading whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and team meetingsdeveloping prototype solutions in various levels of fidelity and interactivity and improving them based on user and client feedback. To succeed in the role, you: have a bachelor’s degree or higher and UI/UX development experience (5-10 years) – taking ownership, driving understanding, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations, with strong storytelling skillscan create user journeys, user stories, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flowscan analyse user feedback and activity, iterating to enhance the user experienceare experienced with thinking in terms of the the agile mindset, while having experience with SAFe is a plus, though not a musthave experience in information architecture and spatial design: if you can show documented results from previous digital or physical design projects, then that’s a plus.
