Are you an experienced UX Designer? This may be the perfect job for you!UX/UI Designer will assist in the development and designing of mobile app feature interfaces to be made available to internal developers as part of a library to build mobile apps. Some features will be highly reusable and so designed down to fine levels of detail. Other features may need to be more flexible as they need to fit in different app contexts. These would be designed only to a superficial level to retain the ability for app teams to make changes. All features would be maintained and enhanced as products with a lifecycle.What awaits youYou will assist in design efforts for reusable mobile and PWA feature development, designing innovative and intuitive experiences addressing complex customer challenges across iOS and Android mobile platforms;Responsible with standardizing feature customizability using a platform-mindset to enable configurability for various use-cases while mitigating increasing complexity;Assist in the creation of User Experience Artifacts such as user personas, user journeys, user flows, low fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;Design and example mobile application digital companion app interfaces showcasing the available reusable feature sets;Help with general UX/UI/design efforts on platform-owned assets (e.g Operational dashboards).What you bringBachelors in the design, arts, technology related fields or equivalent experience;Demonstrable experience with Sketch, Figma, Marvel. Design System experience;Ionic Framework design experience;Strong communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to effectively get buy-in at all levels and across cross-functional teams;Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for, user centered design principles;Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
