UX/UI Designer in Suceava

Here's what you will do: Contribute to our most valuable design projects by making product improvements, as well as starting from scratch on new products and features Explore and communicate design concepts through sketches, user flows, low fidelity wireframes or prototypes Participate in design research, user research and validation testing Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the process to ensure the designs fit the business goals and technical constraints just as well as user needs Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life Create robust and scalable design systems Advocate for best practices across the product design team and mentor less experienced designers Contribute to improving end to end product delivery process, as well as our internal processes Qualifications and Experience Qualifications And Experience We are looking for an experienced person, who is able to confidently conduct client workshops and presentations 3+ years experience working as a UX/UI designer within a digital product development environment Experience with designing responsive web and mobile applications An online portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual design skills and UX documentation Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices Good understanding of how software and software experiences are developed Creative and customer-oriented thinking Very good skills using Figma , Adobe CC suite and Miro Ability to create low and high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes Ability to translate research and data into meaningful and creative insights Passion for the new technologies and trends Excellent spoken and written English Excellent communications skills Desire to learn and advance Team player.
