The technical basis is formed by intelligently networked applications and systems. We are looking for an UX/UI Designer in our office in Poznan, Berlin or remotely. Key responsibilitiesSeeking to solve problems in unique and creative waysWork closely with our PO and PM in developing UX concepts, including defining client needs, task analysis, storyboards, user stories, user flows, information architecture, mockups, prototypes and validation through usability testingEnsure consistency of user environment and UI design across applicationsEnable the rest of the product team to gain an in-depth understanding of our users' needs by taking control of research with users: conducting user interviews, user surveys and creating custom research as needed, and working with both product management and developers to create a culture of data-driven decision-makingAnalyzing existing insights, technical limitations, business needs and specific platform requirements to create data-driven solutions.
