UX/UI Designer in Constanţa

Adobe Creative Suite (regular) Sketch (advanced) We are seeking an experienced UI Designer to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering visually appealing and user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, an eye for detail, and experience working on medium-sized projects. Responsibilities:Develop and design UI/UX designs for our SAAS platformCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Sketch as the leading design softwareConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to develop and implement design solutionsEnsure consistency and coherence across designs and design systemsStay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques Requirements:3+ years of experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolioProficient in Sketch and other design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or InVisionExperience with designing responsive web and mobile applicationsKnowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout designStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently, as well as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work within design systems and contribute to the development and maintenance of design systemsExperience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologiesUnderstanding of front-end development and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Preferred qualifications:Experience with animation and motion designExperience with prototyping and animation tools such as Principle, Flinto, or After EffectsKnowledge of design systems and how to contribute to the development and maintenance of design systemsExperience designing and implementing accessibility guidelines and standardsExperience with design management tools such as Abstract, Zeplin, or Avocode If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital products, we would love to hear from you.
