About the project As part of the Team within the Product domain, you will conceive and design digital travel products. You use your distinctive talent for optimally reconciling user, business and tech requirements in your daily collaboration with product owners, IT and stakeholders. You’ll have an excellent understanding of User Experience Design and a strong background in responsive web design. With your creativity you will find elegant solutions for complex tasks. You take an active part in all phases of the UX process, starting with the requirements analysis, conception and prototype development to the specification and evaluation of the solutions found. Responsibilities Сollect and analyze user insights, as well as know how to use these insights to identify product opportunities and measure the success of new features/improvementsTake responsibility of development of customer-centric concepts, taking into account the commercial interests of the companyUnderstand our different customer segments and international markets to design components that fit their individual needsAgile collaboration with your team, business and its stakeholdersCreation of wireframes, prototypes, usability / A/B tests to verify and optimize new ideas and concepts, respecting our internal UI libraryImplementation of a data-driven approach, identify and understand analytics data and customer behavior to optimize customer experienceVisual optimization of existing digital products and services based on generated customer analyticsIndependent communication with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment Qualifications Proven experience as a UX DesignerExperience with Wireframes/Visual MockupsExpertise in creating PersonasUnderstanding of research methods and having practical skills to conduct themExperience working with FigmaGood level of written and spoken EnglishPro-active personality & "can do" attitudeSelf organizing and able to plan the tasks received from PO/BA taking into account given due dateAble to negotiate collaboration procedures with stakeholders (Product Owners and BA's on one side, the dev team on the other side)Find a balance between usability and business requirementsEye for detail and ability to spot inconsistencies across the whole applicationExperience working with and contributing to a Design System/style guideAn organized self-starter who will proactively drive their program of work, able to think independently and communicate ideas and visual concepts in a clear and coherent mannerExperience in an agile environment is a plus
