UX/UI Team Lead in Constanţa

Now, we are looking for a UI/UX Team Lead to join our Product team. This position offers dealing with great challenges in the following areas: conversion rate boosting & online sales, web & native mobile applications, advanced tools for sales optimization, business processes automation, guest journey & marketing automation and many more. So, if you want to join the market leader which creates trends (no one tells us what and how to do!), this one might be for you. What will your daily activities look like? You'll sketch out the main design plans for our products, dive into making them better, and come up with new ideas hand in hand with our product and tech teams.You'll work closely with tech and product people to figure out what's most important and get it done. This means setting the agenda for the Design team, tackling challenges head-on, making decisions quickly, and always letting your Design Manager and others know how things are going.Push for the best designs in your team by focusing on what users really need, taking a close look at design ideas, and leading group design sessions.Even though your main job is to guide and help your team grow, we'll often ask for your expert opinion in the early idea stages. You might sketch out concepts or help other designers bring a shared idea to life.We're looking for a leader who's all about teamwork and is great at working with people. What are the requirements for the role? Expertise in user experience research methodologies.Demonstrated mastery in digital product design.Advanced proficiency in working with Figma or similar.Exceptional skill in utilizing Jira.Competency in conducting UX audits.Proven track record in efficacy testing and subsequent analysis.Hands-on experience in both conducting and refining user research.Skills in crafting user narratives derived from meticulous research.Comprehensive knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques and tools.A minimum tenure of 3 years in a comparable domain or role, at least 1 year as a lead.Prior experience in e-commerce and/or SAAS product environments is essential.B2/C1 writing and verbal communication skills. Nice to have Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Why is it worth joining us?
