Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated GTM plans for your respective vertical(s) (Either in full or in part - High Tech, Manufacturing, and Services) to position Genpact as a digital transformation leader and drive business growth (in line with key marketing objectives: 1. increase brand awareness, 2. create demand (pipeline inflow) and 3. convert demand (as defined in the marketing scorecard) • Develop effective stakeholder relationships with sales leaders and their teams as a strategic marketing partner to deliver Genpact’s ambitions. • Coordinate cross-functional global teams across the marketing eco-system (portfolio, solution, content, inbound, web, social, PR, AR, IS, demand centre, campaigns etc.) to deliver vertical marketing objectives. • Work closely with sales to ensure integrated marketing plans and lead acquisition programs, aligned with sales objectives and go-to-market, are implemented and optimized • Maintain line of sight into all marketing activities executed; serve as the key ‘go-to’ person for your vertical(s) on marketing effectiveness for all marketing-driven activities • Develop, execute and measure innovative, creative, commercial demand generation programs across the buying cycle • Demonstrate results through truly integrated, challenger thinking with bold tactics, messaging and creative. • Work with marketing operations to measure, evaluate, and improve every marketing campaign • Ensure feedback from sales to deliver close alignment between regional marketing investment and sales requirements. • Drive specific inflow (pipeline) and brand metrics as defined by the marketing scorecard. • Represent Marketing as the SPOC for vertical sales and SL teams. • Collaborate with GTM Program Owners to activate/amplify horizontal campaigns to achieve HMS vertical objectives. • Achieve marketing scorecard targets for sourced and influenced pipeline inflow for HMS vertical. • Manage and track all available expenses to budget compliance Drive the Accelerator (Account-Based Marketing) program into your specific area to support a step-change in growth across these accounts. • Develop and execute ABM plans for all SP accounts to shift audience perception, create new relationships and generate growth opportunities. • Deliver Bid Marketing programs to support major pursuits, creating a tangible impact on outcome (eg client feedback, win rate, etc). • Ensure all Accelerator accounts are set up to receive maximum benefit from programmatic coverage (right data, regular touchpoints with GRMs, etc) Drive a performance culture within HMS Marketing, managing agencies, resources and budget to achieve desired outcomes, with a focus on commercial objectives.
