Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Collection Leader, Europe Build comprehensive solutions for clients looking for solving challenges in the Collections offerings and this will require combining industry knowledge and client challenges with Genpact’s capabilities and offerings Responsibilities Head of collections in Europe Will be point person for all collections inquiries coming across for European companies Will assist with all RFP and RFI requests that come across for European collections Will assist with all onboarding clients as deals are won Will become service line point person which includes Fit Gap process, individual country solutions and managing the Report Out process for the client Will work closely with the account managers and sales managers to respond to inquiries for POV’s Will work with the account managers to be proactive on reaching out to current clients and prospective clients to maintain relationships and to provide them market updates Will partner with the broader global service line team to address opportunities in the Cora offerings for Europe specifically Must have a solid working knowledge of the regulatory landscape throughout Europe Develop and maintain strong relationship with the operations teams and keep current on their performance for our clients Create thought leadership documents to be shared with clients or published on social media or traditional media Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Relevant years of experience in Collections leadership Understands European regulatory landscape Strong understanding of collections strategy and tactics Knowledgeable and experienced in using technology to conduct collections Ability to use MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel Strong experience in delivering presentations to senior members of an organization Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Multilingual BPO experience or vendor management experience Experience in multiple departments within collections
