Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced On-site Voice Engineer to join our team and support our internal staff during and after the migration of sites to Microsoft Teams with Enterprise Voice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PBX/VOIP technologies, proficiency in Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Skype for Business "on-prem" is desirable but not required. Responsibilities: Collaborate with our internal team to provide on-site discovery and support during the migration of sites to Microsoft Teams with Enterprise Voice. Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct regular maintenance and monitoring of voice systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice systems with other technologies and platforms as needed. Provide training and documentation to internal staff regarding Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice functionality and best practices. Requirements: Fluency in English and excellent communication skills. Strong experience with PBX/VOIP technologies and implementations. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, including configuration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Skype for Business "on-prem" is a desirable skill. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different environments and cultures.
