Warehouse Coordinator in Suceava

Descripción del puesto:Main Purpose of the Job Manage the (COMPANY NAME) frozen warehouse at Suceava situated by the Ice Cream Factory & lead and develop the team of 13 people. The WH Coordinator is the leader of the warehouse and as such is responsible for the holistic performance of the site according to plans and the perfect execution of daily operations in every aspect. The role reports to the Logistics and Warehousing Manager. Main Accountabilities * Responsible for organizing the activity in the finished goods warehouse regarding the reception, handling, storage, and transfer of materials in compliance with (COMPANY NAME) procedures. * Deliver perfect execution of daily operations and ensure high-end Customer Service level. * Control the cost of the WH and deliver operations cost targets according to budget plan. * Maintain and enhance Safety in Operations and promote safety culture to ensure on-going zero accidents. * Preserve the high-Quality Standards of goods in warehousing, including ice cream and frozen foods products, and the quality touchpoints with distribution. * Organizes the warehouse team to fulfill the work agenda. * Manage and optimize all WH processes and collaboration with others to drive improvements on service levels, costs, efficiencies, quality, processes improvement & simplification and promote smart warehouse operations and automations. * Maintain stock integrity and deliver the operations efficiency targets of the site, including labour & warehouse utilization KPIs. * Maintain regulatory compliance and legal requirements. * Plan & execute building & equipment maintenance plan. Cooperation & Contacts * Internally with Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, Quality, SHE, Procurement, Sales & Marketing and regional (COMPANY NAME) Logistics organization. * Externally with distribution & transportation companies, other 3PLPs, 3rd party contractors and suppliers, (COMPANY NAME) customers, FG suppliers or Repackers, local authorities.
