Holycode is seeking a highly skilled and creative Web UX Designer ready to start a once in a lifetime project inside the ANYbotics team and contribute to the development of web user interfaces for robotic systems. The scope of your work includes web development and web UX design for the web user interface of our autonomous legged robots ANYmal and ANYmal X. Design clean and intuitive web UI to enhance user experience and streamline human-robot interactions. Conduct user research to understand user strategies & needs to integrate it into our UX design. Conduct usability evaluation to ensure high-quality and user-friendly UI implementations. Stay updated with the latest web UX/UI trends . Advocate for user needs and conduct research to integrate it into UX design. Prototype and develop solutions in collaboration with engineers, front-end developers  and UX designers. Ensure UI consistency and best practices, establishing design system documentation. Take ownership of design projects from concept to final implementation. Work closely with the product team, customers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, create concepts, and drive innovation.   We hope you have: 3 years of experience as a professional User Experience Designer Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex situations Experience working with engineering teams and aligning cross-functional teams for successful outcomes High standards of design quality Proven experience as a Web UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web UI projects demonstrating an ability to design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for complex technical products.. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe XD Experience in user research and usability testing, including conducting interviews, tests, and other research methods Effective communication of design concepts through sketches and prototypes Understanding of front-end web technologies and their application in building great designs.
