In the last couple of years, they have developed a strong e-commerce presence with on-line shops dedicated to specific markets (countries).The e-commerce team grows and we currently look for: E – Commerce Operation Administrator (webmaster)for Israel based IT Headquarters E – Commerce Operations team of the client.The role is fully remote and the contract will be signed directly with the Israel HQ.About the role:You will be part of a team that maintains and deploys our direct-to-consumer applications across the company using SaaS and Costume applications. This includes various websites, customer service systems, and other applications that are used through the direct-to-consumer sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and Manage tasks to update the e-commerce WebsitesGenerate and update website content (products, content, promotions)Work with the online marketing team to support traffic & sales via the website (digital ads, email marketing, e-commerce promotions, etc.)Work with the product team to plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvementsSupport and update the online operations deployment plan for the websiteMonitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve themSupport the Set-up, test, and deploy new features developed for the websites.Work with the Market and product teams to plan and source product launches.Liaise with Web Content & Design team on product content & imagesResponsibility for maintaining Online product pricing & plans ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate & timely mannerWork with the e-commerce Product team on all aspects of the e-commerce including discovery sessions on site capabilities.Set up, test, and deploy new automations on the websiteRegular sanity checks of the sites - correcting content issues, liaising with logistics operation on stock issuesManage issues that were raised by the markets on the e-commerce sites– raise tickets with the relevant teams and follow up with Technology until the resolutionProvide input when required on projects related to the Online Store (e-Shop & CRM)Key member on the e-commerce team focused on Optimizing customer experience to drive digital conversionWorking with the QA team on defining tests and bug fixesExpected Experience Hands-on Experience in setups and maintenance of websites preferred Shopify.Advantage if has an experience in one or more of the following applications: StorePoint, Yotpo, Contentful, Langify and ZendeskExperience working in teams that use Jira or similarExperience that demonstrates learning and using technical abilities.Experience and understanding of direct-to-consumer sales and systems integration.Ability to work on multi tasks at the same time and manage the working time.HTMLOfficeEnglish speaking and writingDegree qualified in an IT, science, or engineering disciplineSalary range3000 - 3500 EUR/ monthThe contract will be signed between your B2B company and the client directly
