team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityWebsite Content Specialist/Digital Marketing Specialist II We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on website content management, user experience (UX), and SEO to join our global Honeywell Aerospace team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing website content to drive engagement, improve search rankings, and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of data analytics tools to measure performance and inform content strategy decisions. This is a hybridposition (work schedule 2 + 3) availablein two locations: Bucharest, Romania, and Mexicali, Mexico. Key Requirements Manage and optimize website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website strategies for product launches, campaigns, and updates; Optimize landing pages and website content to drive conversions and enhance the user journey.Apply UX best practices to enhance user experience, website accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.Apply SEO best practices and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.Monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools Adobe Analytics, Glassbox etc.Analyze data and visitor feedback and provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and user engagement.Implement A/B testing on website content to determine what drives better engagement and conversion rates.Work with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of content with website functionality and design; Troubleshoot content-related issues and collaborate with developers to resolve technical problems.Maintain consistency in content standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with the broader digital marketing strategy.Manage digital assets through Adobe DAM (Digital Asset Manager) and working in close collaboration with the Product Information Management specialists (PIM).Manage multiple projects in a global environment. Key skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.3+ years of experience in website content management, SEO, and UX.Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.Strong understanding of SEO and ability to use tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.Experience using web analytics tools (., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess content performance and user behavior.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices.Familiarity with UX design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Experience with A/B testing tools such Adobe Target.Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.Our offer: A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environmentMarket specific training and ongoing personal development.Medical plan provided by Signal Iduna.Budget for flexible benefit scheme which can be used for travel, sports, dental scheme, transportation budget and fuel cards, etc.Hybrid Work Policy (3 days in the office, 2 days’ work from home);Business Travel Accident Insurance.Voluntary defined contributory pension plan.Meal allowance.Paid vacation and time off Honeywell employees are provided Christmas and Children vouchers, as well different family aids.Experienced leaders to support your professional development.
