We recently built our website on headless technology, and we need you to manage it as a product owner. On one hand, you'll be responsible to handle other teams' requests, on the other hand, you'll shape the website as you see fit for our strategy. You'll be the person who understands the website's technology and it provides a great experience for visitors.What will you be doing in this role?Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's websiteWork with colleagues to define, measure and report on critical KPIs for our websiteCollaborate with Marketing team and other colleagues on visual and textual website content aligned with the organization’s strategyEnsure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plansEnsure website meets GDPR and other forms of complianceComplete projects in collaboration with our web development agency, in-house graphic designers, and other stakeholderesCollaborate with Marketing, SEO, Creative, and Product teams to create site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programsKeep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in web design and UXRespond to and troubleshoot all website issuesConstantly monitor traffic, funnel conversion, page performance metrics and ROI to deliver improved performance while creating a cadence for sharing actionable insights with stakeholdersIdentify and execute opportunities to improve website performance and experienceWhat do we expect you to have?At least 2 years of work experience as a website managerGood understanding of Content Management Systems, W3C Web standards, Google’s Core Web Vitals, Google Analytics and funnel analysis and attribution toolsGood understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, responsive design, and mobile designA strong grasp of Conversion Rate Optimization and the levers for improving conversionAbility to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skillsSuccess managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyFluent in EnglishExperience working with various levels of the organization including technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong at multi-tasking and project management skills with a team player mentalityHave experience working with: Jira, Asana, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Contentstack, and Figma.What else would be appreciated?Experience with headless technologies.About you?You’re a critical thinker with an ability to problem solve and propose creative solutions proactively without much prodding.
