Together with colleagues from other departments, you will evaluate the potential for digitalization and support them from the idea to implementation. In collaboration with the product owner, you model complex business capabilities and requirements, create valuable business cases and jointly develop qualified ideas for digital solutions. You will be involved in the technical design of the solutions, assess their optimal usability and cost-effectiveness, both in terms of implementation and operation, and define non-functional requirements. You confidently select suitable methods for the respective project and routinely organize the various workshops and appointments. You actively shape the cooperation with the business and convince stakeholders across all areas and hierarchies of the digitization potential and your projects. You are responsible for the set-up and operationalization of digitalization projects. With your agile mindset, you establish new ways of working to ensure a value-oriented approach. Convincing profile You have successfully completed a degree, e.g. in business informatics or a comparable qualification, and already have professional experience in IT. You have a strong technical understanding, which you have acquired through many years of practical experience in various software implementation projects. You have practical experience in analyzing business requirements, have demonstrable, up-to-date and sound methodological knowledge of process and requirements analysis (e.g. design thinking, customer journey, user story mapping), project management and agile working methods. You have good conceptual skills, strong strategic and analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working. You have a strong focus on values and results with a high degree of personal responsibility, decision-making skills and assertiveness. You already have experience in technical project coordination and managing internal and external team members in an agile environment Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy industry and network management know-how. You have very good communication skills in German and English and can respond well to different interlocutors.
