The Goal
With client assets of EUR 312 billion globally (as of September 30, 2016), Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is one of the world’s leading global wealth managers. Deutsche Bank Wealth Management offers high net worth clients a broad range of traditional and alternative investment solutions, providing a holistic service for all aspects of Wealth Management.
Our Performance Management application is aiming to provide a various range of reports to different stakeholders within Wealth Management Domain. Our solution is using a data warehouse and a BI tool to extract various reports.

Your profile
As a Scrum Master, you need to be an excellent organizer, team coordinator, a great communicator, and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way.
We are looking for motivated candidates that show us:
- Excellent communication and English skills
- Can work under pressure and be delivery focused and pragmatic
- Excellent team work with collaborative, innovative and intelligent problem solving
- Real interest in coordinating a team and mentoring the team members
- Experience working in an agile environment, working in scrum teams
- Good technical understanding
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the deliveries are on time and according to the design
- Ensure the quality of the source code is according to Deutsche Bank standards
- Ensure Release management is performed according to Deutsche Bank standards and project internal rules
- Work with DevOps and Automation Testing to ensure a continuous delivery solution
- Provide estimates for the work that is required from the team
- Unblock technical issues and offer support to manage the project technical risks
- Track dependencies and plan the deliveries based on the dependencies timeline and internal priorities
- Ensure UAT coordination before release to production
- Conduct the scrum ceremonies – grooming, planning, daily status, retrospective
- Ensure a demoable version of the product by end of each sprint
- Track the status of the work and be able to provide the current status at any time
Technical skills:
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Oracle 12g
- ETL
- Data warehouse
- Reporting solutions
- Performance tuning
- Jira, Git, TeamCity/Jenkins
Nice to have:
- Experience with a BI reporting tool like QlikView or QlikSense
- Experience in Business Intelligence applications
- Experience in Spotify agile
- Banking & Financial Knowledge
