Workday Consultant with Prism and Discovery Board Experience in Bucuresti

For one of our global end clients, RED Global is currently looking for a Workday Consultant with experience in Prism and Discovery Boards, for an initial 4+ month contract with the option to extend in an ongoing HCM - Workday project.The ideal candidate will be responsible for, including but not limited to:Analysing and creating Workday Discovery Boards, train end-users on utilising Discovery boards effectively, collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather data requirements to ensure data accuracy and relevance in reports, identifying and engaging stakeholders for reporting needs, collaborate with data analysts and report developers, create and distribute regular reports to stakeholders and ensure data security and compliance with reporting.The role would be offered on a mostly remote basis, but only to candidates who are based in Europe.Desired skills:Minimum of 5+ year's with Workday including Prism and Discovery BoardsExpertise in Senior Stakeholder managementExperience working in a global company with a diverse workforceExcellent English - written and communication skillsIf you are interested in this position, please apply or send your updated CV to (see below) for immediate consideration.
