Workday System Architect About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Information Technology Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your DayWe are looking for a strong, experienced professional eager to join us in the role of IT service owner for HCM - HR Admin systems (Workday).As Senior IT Service Owner, you are responsible for managing the operations of IT services related to HR Admin / Workday, as part of the respective IT landscape for HR.In addition, you will also assume partial or full responsibility as service owner for other applications of the global IT blueprint for HR. Moreover, the responsibilities of the role also include participation in the implementation project for Workday.How You’ll Make an Impact Service Owner for IT services related to HR Admin systems (Workday):Organize and monitor service delivery from our providers: SaaS provider (Workday), Application Management Service provider, etc.Monitor service levels, manage escalations.Orchestrate the service management processes, for example change management, incident management, release management, stakeholder management.Manage new demands and apply requirement engineering, consult the functional department on how to make use of the full potential of IT solutions for their business.Procurement & contracting of IT assets and 3rd party services, organize RfI and RfPBudgeting & financial controlling, claim management.Contribute to a workstream as part of the global implementation and roll-out project for HR Admin systems / Workday: Project time-/milestone planning, Stakeholder management, Pro-active, regular reporting on project status etc.Managing new demands for your IT serviceResponsible to ensure that new IT solutions will be compliant with overarching financial and architectural guidelines.Support the IT Business Partner in shaping the IT budget together with the respective business to ensure a wholistic perspective.What You BringMandatory skills:University degree or comparable qualificationKnowledge of Workday and/or other HCM applicationsVery good knowledge of HR admin functional processesMulti-year experience in operating and managing mid- to large IT-services for business applications, ideally in global settings, and for cloud applications.Multi-year experience with IT projectsHighly customer focused attitude to work with great emphasis on positive outcomes - "Delighting the customer."Nice to have:Ideally good knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC)Intercultural & global exposure, communicate fluently in English (CIBA 4)Experience communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and changeExperience in Agile Methodology About the Team"Let’s make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.In our Industrial Applications division, we offer comprehensive digital portfolio solutions in the oil and gas sector and other process industries comprising rotating equipment, electrification and solutions for Subsea business.
