Working Student - IT Employee Engagement & Change Management About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Information Technology Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) A Snapshot of Your DaySupport the Digital Employee Engagement & Change Management team in the ideation, concepting, planning, implementation and measurement of communications & engagement measures for the Digital employees across the world.How You'll Make an ImpactHelp to develop texts in English and visual designs for various internal channelsHelp maintain our Intranet and SharePoint pagesContribute to develop and implement various employee engagement activitiesSupport the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal events, workshops and meetingsMight act as a community manager for several internal communities we have in the company What You BringYou're currently a student (bachelor/master) preferably in a Communication Sciences, Business Administration or comparable fieldYou are familiar with the concept of products / systems / solutions Understand business models, strategies, finance and processes You have a talent in writing messages and communications Experience in creating simple or advanced visuals like PowerPoints, banners, postcards, videos as well as use the relevant tools You have knowledge about the market and the competition and understand the competition from a strategic and financial point of viewUnderstand the needs of customers and other contractual partnersClear and effective communication in EnglishComfortable working in teams and building strong relationships across culturesPro-active mind-set, flexibility, and adaptability to changing work requirementsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, adaptability, good time management and organizational skills
