Working Student Purchasing Admin (f/m/d) in Cluj Napoca

Tasks

  • You are responsible for purchasing related activities of the company such as order placement, receipt of goods and supplier follow-up
  • You make sure all purchasing activities are compliant with the existing company procedures and regulations
  • You support the inventory process
  • You are a support in the process of travel expense report processing
  • You are responsible for the delivery of monthly reports
  • Any other administrative task requested by the Lead
  • Qualifications

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or an equivalent education
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with focus on Excel
  • You have an independent and structured way of working
  • You speak English very well, and German language is considered a plus
  • You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
