Tasks You are responsible for purchasing related activities of the company such as order placement, receipt of goods and supplier follow-up You make sure all purchasing activities are compliant with the existing company procedures and regulations You support the inventory process You are a support in the process of travel expense report processing You are responsible for the delivery of monthly reports Any other administrative task requested by the Lead Qualifications Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or an equivalent education You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with focus on Excel You have an independent and structured way of working You speak English very well, and German language is considered a plus You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
