Description
You will be part of the Modern Workplace Services Teams as a Workplace Service Provider Manager to coordinate our Managed Workplace providers. Your overarching goal is to ensure service providers is delivering in line with our business needs and their contractual requirements and to drive the total cost of ownership out of the Service Provider base while improving product/service quality to our clients. Qualifications • BS degree in Business, Engineering or related field• Be self-directed and motivated
• 5 years of experience in vendor or service related management
• Solid knowledge of Digital Workplace related issues and topics
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; technical aptitude to work within additional software applications
• Strong financial, analytical and business acumen
