Responsibilities: Manage the technical implementation of the ServiceNow SecOps platform or Chronicle SOAR platform; Develop and execute implementation plans, including system configuration, customization, and data migration, from the Architectural blueprints; Collaborate with business analysts, technical architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives; Configure and customize the ServiceNow SecOps or Chronicle SecOps platform to meet specific business requirements; Develop and implement APIs, web services, and other integration solutions; Perform rigorous testing to ensure the new system meets functional and performance criteria; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process; Generate detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides and integration procedures. Must have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in system implementation or software engineering; CyberSecurity knowledge; Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps or similar platforms; Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies; Excellent understanding of system integration principles, including APIs and web services; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Experience with data migration and system integration.
